Group Booking Info

We are happy to help create a group reservation for the spa.  Our capacity is limited to 12 people.  Advance reservations are required:

  • Group Bookings are required for groups of 6 or more guests, regardless of whether you are staying at the hotel or visiting for the day.

  • Advance reservations for pool access are required, as this is to help ensure our Spa is below our capacity levels.

  • Group bookings do not have any additional charge, but need to be booked through the spa team.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know within One Week of your reservation time: Cancellations within this window will help make sure that your fellow guests can also enjoy the facilities.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In Portland, we have a sauna only.  Children under 18 must have a parent to accompany them at all times, and sauna sessions are strongly recommended at 15 minutes or less.

Yes, just check in the front desk where you’ll get oriented and get everything you need to enjoy your time.

The Spa is open daily from 8am to 10pm

Yes! Towels are provided, and if you forgot your swimsuit: don’t worry, we have women’s, men’s and children’s swimsuits available for purchase.

Yes, we have a private restroom with shower to use before or after the spa.  We also have lockers in the spa for your personal items

Maintaining a connection is valuable, but so is the art of disconnecting. That’s why within our Spa premises, we kindly request that cell phones remain tucked away. In the spirit of preserving our guests’ privacy, we kindly ask that no filming or photography takes place within the Spa. We suggest leaving your phone securely in your locker and savoring a break from it.

Yes, but again, if you forgot one, we have them available to purchase.

All ages are welcome, but children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.  

From 8:00pm-10:00pm, only guests ages 18 and up are allowed in the spa.

We have a café in the Lobby that has a good selection of food and beverages.  The Spa is an alcohol-free space but we encourage guests to enjoy a pre-soak or post-soak beverage in our Lobby. You may bring food and beverage purchased from the lobby up to the spa with you.  

You may not. The Society Hotel is a non-smoking property.
